Just been told by Graham that I don't fulfill all the requirements of senior engineer. He has recommended to Gareth that my graduate title be removed. I may become a site engineer (but nothing more)
This definitely a company and industry that has a time served attitude
I believe I have been aiming to become chartered without realising that attaining it will bring no reward.
But there is no where else for me to go.....
