Good day good day

Defects meeting with smithy today....I didn't leave work until 6:45 today, it feels like I've been doing Warwicks work today. Defects schedule bastardised from debra's shot schedule!

Sense of achievement very high today though!

Sittin with Adam drinking beer watching league of their own now....quite enjoying it!

Yesterday I bought an ork battleforce and a box of Burma boyz......at full price from meadowhell gw. Was a big of an impulse buy but I need to paint up some more orks, I love my imperial troops but the irks are just so more my thing!

Deathskullz clan something like below....with some 'scavenged' dreadnoughts from waaaaaagh squigsgut!





Theres a lovely theme between the death korps and the death skullz.....both name and they ate both scavengers. The orks liberate fancy equipment and the krieg quartermasters salvage equipment for the next honoury guardsmen to die in/using!

Clear air day

Yesterdays phone call with Jp unearthed a lot of things I should have told w a long time ago. I told w all the things I told Jp, he took it better than I thought. Can't be two faced in construction....but w should raise his game to stay with icl to keep pace. He won't resign because that would be an admission of guilt he will follow his 'legal advice' and sit tight.

I will not let my ambitions slip or lower to there level. Jp is right I must get used to the way they work.....must work harder, better and nit end up on no rises like Jp...ride out the storm, come out the other side very employable!

Prison zombie!!!!!

I think this isn't favourite zombie so far!!!!!!

Grey skin washed with devlin mud is very simple and effective, the other zombies I have done have been green....to orknlike for my liking.




Very simple dirty paint job but it's just what I'm after! These will form traitor guard conscripts and will be used for small skirmish game to take on 5-6 veteran imperial guard custodians (I have a sacrificial box of cadians that can be used for this!)

Turbulent week

Planty conducted an investigation into our demo actions at lwa this week....it would seem that I have been absolved of any involvement. I told Marty that ripping the slab up would be the best option for the job but that wouldn't be valid if all demo had been stopped by the health and safety department! Ws showed no spine and tried remorselessly to cover his own arse. He won't be disciplined for carrying on demo after being stopped, he'll be fucked for not managing his job effectively....he puts too much on his subordinates and doesn't do enough himself. He believed if necessary away on the day then he couldn't be to blame.....shows his stupidity and lack of professionalism.

Missed delivery

Deaths korps were delivered by ups today but we missed it!!!! Still can be forwarded to Helens work.

Bought a new SPF shell jacket and bodywarmer for work, £60 from b and q....nice to look the part when peg bashing!

Today was very good, w seems to be very stressed about the idea of a new pm, I don't care!

I have just spent £292.50 on death korps of krieg models from forge world!!!!!!!

I've got:

Company command
Platoon command
Inf squad
Inf squad
3x heavy weapons
Grenadier squad (vets)
Engineer squad (storm troopers)
5 death riders

The idea is to have the praetorians finished before Xmas, the genestealer brood speed painted as and when and completely ignore the lizardmen!!!!!

The krieg are expensive but hopefully worth the effort! Spending so much was worth the saving on postage (12% of order cost).
