1. No alcahol at home on school nights
2. Enjoy food more (slow down eating)
3. Slow down and be more purposeful
4. Less opinionated outbursts
5. Cereal based breakfast
6. Take own lunch
7. Love having money (ie dont be at ease with spending it)
8. Exercise every sunday night
9. No cheese
10. No tv unless you have planned to watch something
