Morning poo

Bad day yesterday.
Went on cross trainer for 5km.
Ate a modest tea.
Drank some water.
Went to bed feeling pretty good.
Got to work at 7am. Did some reading.

Objective for today is to eat healthily / sensibly and not get too bloated.
Do an hours studying after work.
Eat a modest tea again
