What have I achieved:
1. No chomping on cheese after work
2. No beers after work on weekday nights
3. Signed upto MBA
4. Regular reading of MBA material
5. Clear desk policy
What I want to start:
1. Far less swearing in conversation
2. Treat conversations like job interview
3. Get frugal with money again
4. Regular exercise (twice a week)
5. Actively make h happy
