lifestyle choices

A short while sgo I made the conscience decision to change my lifestyle in two ways:


1. No chomping on cheese after work

2. No automatically drinking beer on a work night


This has been a success. I now eat far less cheese and dont reach for a beer as soon as I walk into the house after work.


I now wish to extend this approach and adopt some further changes to my lifestyle. I come up with the following list:


1. Learn to enjoy food more

2. Stop swearing altogether

3. Do not be outspoken ie treat every coversation like it is a job interview / speak less in work (you sre currently the office dickhead)

4. Adopt 5-10 mins of exercise each morning (eg 50 leg raises on the stairs)


From tomorrow onwards I will integrate these changes into my lifestyle.
